Whether you are an educator, administrator, parent or teen, begin your journey of transformation with us. Our approach is to deliver trauma-sensitive, playful, and mindfulness workshops, courses and programs that are interactive, engaging and highly participatory, focusing on self-regulation and creating community through softness and compassion.
Mindful Parents/Caregivers, Children, Tweens & Teens.
We work with children, tween/teens and parents/caregivers to bring calm, balance and softness through mindful self-regulation. Our approach is to deliver trauma-sensitive and playful insight and tools to restore balance and thrive as a family.

I am me! The best word that would describe my work is ‘Human Developer’ who specializes in Mindfulness Based-Stress Reduction, Human Design, Shanker Self-Regulation, Yoga Healing and Physical LIteracy. I am passionate about supporting humans of all ages with their mental health and well-being. I’m simply a gentle hand, that helps others find their softness and calm amid this crazy busy, stress-inducing world that is today.
