Kids will be given an introduction to Mindfulness. We will explore our emotions and breath. We will create a Mala breathing bracelet and learn how to use them along with positive affirmations for self-love and confidence. We will enjoy a healthy snack while practicing Mindful Eating and then head outside and go for a quick little walk to explore Mindfulness in Nature. The event will run from 9:00-11:00.
