how to bring mindfulness into their daily routine. 

Children  will walk away with Mindfulness techniques

that they can immediately start implementing at home and at school.

Learning mindfulness techniques at a young age sets forward a path of good decision-making, emotional maturity, and self-confidence – as children learn the life skills of dealing with distraction, overwhelm, anxiety and uncertainty.

When children bring more mindfulness into their daily routine, the result is increased self-regulation, better focus, self-love and decreased stress at home and school, as well as boosted self-esteem.

Week 3: Mind Jar & The Art of Stopping – Mindful Emotions & Mindful Breathing
