Our Educators and Education workers are the backbones of our Education System. And this is my way of saying “thank-you” for all you do, especially during this school year.
During this FREE one-hour masterclass, you will walk away with Mindful Self-Regulation tools that you can immediately implement into your personal and professional lives. When we can find our own calm within and be proactive in our own self-care, we are more able to beat burnout and more apt to lend our calm to those around us.

Where: Online via Zoom – Registrants will be emailed a link the day of.
Why: To find our own calm, so we can lend our calm to others. Mindfulness creates space for responding rather than reacting. Self-Regulation is understanding the stressors in our lives and learning how to manage our energy and tension through a science-based framework that works. We will look at proactive coping strategies to use within the classroom, that will have a direct benefit for both the Educator and student’s mental health and well-being.
Everyone deserves to work and learn in a safe haven and this masterclass will set you up to create a calm and safe learning environment. Let’s create a wave of future of empowered and resilient children, tweens and teens.
